How do I add the current time into a timesheet?
Short Answer:
Ctrl + Shift + : (Colon)
Long Answer:
You can log in, or log out in your Excel Timesheet quickly using a keyboard shortcut.
Select an empty cell.
Press together Ctrl + Shift + : (colon).
The current time in inserted into your worksheet.
The time is static and will not update itself as time goes on.
[Do not use =NOW(), as it automatically updates itself to show the current time].
